Never used before, have’t yet tried while processing. Not sure what the ‘V’ notch in the end is. Probably some brief directions or pictures would be helpful for ‘some’ of us. Quality and appearance is wonderful!

Beautiful looking product, but it does not strip the herbs off its stem as easily as it should. One needs to thread one stem at a time, which is counterproductive to what the product says it can do.

I've been wanting an herb stripper for a while. I chose to purchase this with my maple cutting board (also 5*, used it for the first time last weekend with my homemade sourdough - sturdy, stable, and I cut the most even slices that I've ever done). The herb stripper is a lovely little piece of art in my kitchen, as well as being functional. Thank you for crafting and sharing such nice, quality products.

I would have given 5 stars if a little more attention to the finishing in the holes. I used sandpaper rolled to remove small pieces of wood sticking out.
