You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. However, we understand delivery issues can occasionally happen, and we are happy to help customers file carrier claims, verify delivery details, and work toward a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.
The following items are non-returnable:
Digital products
Custom or personalized orders
Personal care products (lotions, soaps, balms, etc.) these are eligible for store credit only

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it in unused condition and place a new order for the replacement product once your return is approved.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at info@fiveoaksfarmal.com
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
