Next level bread storage.. really!
A bag, coated in bee's wax can make your bread better.. aint no way!
My bread is something people talk about, and if your a sourdough bread maker, that pleases me. They ask for the bread recipe, a start of my sourdough, how does it come out like this.. and when I pull out the bread bag, there instantly drawn to the bag. OMG, where did you get that bag, that's not a normal bag is it, they ask. The bags are beautiful, coated with wax, work as described.. but my bread, loves the bags! It's as fresh as the day I baked, never had a dry loaf, and we finish the entire loaf. Before, 3 days tops, any remaining bread went to the trash. Not anymore, we eat the entire loaf over several days, even 5 days later, still great texture and crust.
Sourdough, banana bread, white sandwich bread, all handmade and stored in a bag. I bought 4 bags, 2 are always I use, and I will never again store my bread any other way! On the counter, for everyone to see, and if you make your bread, this is a must have in my opinion.
I am a mentor to some local bee keepers, and now bread makers. They will all be using one of these to store their bread. When you vacuum seal food and freeze it, the storage time in the freezer is extended by years.. yes, years, up around 3 years. This bag won't get you 3 years, but will get you at least an additional week more, of fresh, edible baked bread.
Great bread bag from a small, family owned business.. nothing better than that!
