This recipe collection represents a full years worth of testing, tasting, sorting and adjusting. These recipes are our absolute favorites, and are what we personally use every week when we bake bread. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

Our goal was to not purchase bread from the grocery store any more. That meant that we needed more than a beautiful round sourdough loaf. We also needed sandwich bread, bagels, brioche, cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, hotdog and hamburger buns.

Included in this recipe set:

  • Sourdough Boule Loaf (classic round, dome shaped loaf)
  • Sourdough Sandwich Bread (A white/wheat flour mix with a tight crumb, soft crust, and a delicious flavor.
  • Sourdough Brioche Loaf (braided bread perfect for toast or serving with a meal, hotdog buns, hamburger buns and dinner rolls)
  • Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls (These are going to knock your socks off! Not overly sweet, but can be baked ahead and pulled out for desert, a sleepy Saturday morning, or a holiday splurge)
  • Sourdough Bagels (I am completely addicted! SO GOOD! I also love how easy they are to make.)
