Love it, just used it on my sourdough loaf !!

This tool is awesome. I love it. The quality is very good and I can’t wait to deaign my bread products , etc.

I’ve never used a bread lame so I think I just have to get more practice. It seems it could be a little bigger.

I love how this scoring tool fits in my hand, easy to install the blade and works great.

The scoring tool does not come with instructions to load the blade so the blade is very loose in the tool and does not score my dough easily.

I like the shape of it. Took a bit to figure out how to insert blade.

I couldn’t figure out how to use it, and it didn’t come with instructions. I ended up using the bare razor blades.

Made well and woks but wish it came with instructions on how to load the blade because turning the little top with the blade sticking out is for me dangerous.

It’s so cute and very efficient, slices thru my dough like it’s butter. Love the ability to secure the blade when not in use.

This tool is a great size, not too big to clog up your cooking utensil drawer, but the small size also makes it a bit more challenging to work with.

I have been baking bread for years and have tried a variety of different lames for my sourdough loaves. This lame is a real game changer over all of my others, which have already been gifted to my local charity. I can finally get the exact angle I want and get the deep cut I want to get that ear we all hope to achieve on our loaves. It fits perfectly in my hand and comes with a good supply of high quality blades. These blades are not flimsy and dull like the others I’ve tried. These are sharp razor blades and they do the job - cutting, not tearing my dough!

I was just holding the razor free hand but this tool makes a huge difference on the score of the bread.
Feels steady ,cuts deeper and with more precision.

Love it. Had to kind of figure out how to put the blade in since no instructions but works easier than my one with a long handle.
