My sourdough bread stays fresh 3 times as long as storing it in plastic. I am very pleased with it.
The best hamburger dust ever!! I have only used it in this way so far but plan to use it on steaks etc. The dust on the surface of a burger makes it slightly crunchy as well as adding the incredible flavor!
These are the perfect way to store my bread loaves! No mold. No hard, stale ends.
