Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants aged 13 to 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who must complete the consent section of the entry form. Sponsor may require the parent or guardian to confirm consent before a prize is awarded. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.
The contest runs in monthly entry periods. Each period begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on the last day of that month. Entries received after a period closes roll into the next month's period. Sponsor may end or change the contest at any time by updating these rules on this page.
(a) Create an original video featuring one or more Five Oaks Farm products or your experience with Five Oaks Farm; (b) post it publicly on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube and tag Five Oaks Farm's account on that platform; and (c) submit the entry form on this page with a link to the post. Entries without a completed form may not be considered. Each video requires its own form. There is no limit on the number of entries, but each entrant may win only once per monthly period.
Videos must be the entrant's own original work, and must not include copyrighted music or material the entrant doesn't have the right to use (music from a platform's licensed library is fine). Videos must not contain offensive, unsafe, or misleading content, or show anyone who hasn't given permission to appear. Videos must remain public through the judging period. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that doesn't meet these requirements.
Each month, Sponsor's team will select three (3) winners from eligible entries using the following criteria: creativity and storytelling (40%); genuine, real-life use of the products (40%); and clarity of the video, meaning a viewer can see and understand the product (20%). Follower count, likes, and views are not factors. Sponsor's decisions are final.
Three (3) prizes per month. Each winner receives $100 in Five Oaks Farm store credit, delivered as a digital gift card redeemable at shop.fiveoaksfarmal.com. Approximate retail value: $100 each; $300 total per month. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor. For winners under 18, the prize is delivered to the parent or guardian listed on the entry. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Winners will be notified by email and/or direct message by the 10th day of the month following the entry period, and may be announced publicly on Sponsor's social media channels. A winner who does not respond within seven (7) days of notification may forfeit the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
By entering, you keep ownership of your video and grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to reshare, repost, edit for length or format, and use your video, name, and social handle on Sponsor's website, social media, email, and paid advertising, with credit to you where the format allows. You confirm you have permission from anyone who appears in your video. Selection as a winner does not create an employment, agency, or paid partnership relationship; any paid creator partnership would be offered separately in writing.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of a prize.
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or YouTube. By entering, you release these platforms from any liability related to this contest.
