Great quality and my wife loves the patterns. I have had a loaf in the bag for a week and the bread is still soft with no mold.

I love this mat! It's so big! I covers a good portion of my countertop and gives me plenty of workspace when working with dough. It's very sturdy and much thicker that my first pastry mat.
