I ordered the crust keeper because it makes sense. I love to bake in batches and save for later, especially in the winter. I used regular freezer bags and still got the frost, so I tried the crust keeper, and it does not do that. It is prefect. I started with 1 order of 3 and came back for 2 more orders of 3. I will eventually get more when winter closes in.
Right now, I use it for my sourdough bread loaves, and I have 4 loaves of Zucchini bread and 3 loaves of banana bread.

I will be ordering more. These bags are great...but be honest enough to call them what they are: PLASTIC. Same worries as in regular plastic bags. Also while you say, dishwasher safe, hot water causes same problems as with all plastics. EVA is a misnomer.

Smaller than I thought. They are really nice however they will not even come close to holding any of my loaves unless they are cut in half. If you make little loaves they would be great!

I do love them, and I bought 5 sets. My 940 gram sourdough boules barely fit it them. I hope you come out with some slightly bigger. Great product!

I was expecting a bag large enough to fit a sandwich size loaf of sourdough bread. I'm not sure I could get a half loaf without slicing it, which I don't prefer. Thanks.

One downfall my whole loaf does not fit inside I’ve yet to be able to feeze a full loaf of bread ! I mainly use them for after the bread has been been cut . Any chance you can make a larger bag ? L
