I love this spurtle; I've ordered 2 more. One is a gift for the sister getting the bread bag. This tool makes stirring bread dough a breeze and the size is perfect as well. I also like it better than either wooden spoons I have. It mixes, scrapes, and cleans very well and I'm glad I tried one.

If you do not own one yet, get one. Get two! I love the many uses of this handy kitchen tool. I’ve used it for mixing, scraping, baking, spreading and cooking too. I love its size and the convenient curved shape and flat edge. The wood is perfect and smooth and it cures itself the more you use it. It’s kid sized for easy use and adult size for any use!
