This recipe collection represents a full years worth of testing, tasting, sorting and adjusting. These recipes are our absolute favorites, and are what we personally use every week when we bake bread. I promise, you won't be disappointed.
Our goal was to not purchase bread from the grocery store any more. That meant that we needed more than a beautiful round sourdough loaf. We also needed sandwich bread, bagels, brioche, cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, hotdog and hamburger buns.

- Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls (These are going to knock your socks off! Not overly sweet, but can be baked ahead and pulled out for desert, a sleepy Saturday morning, or a holiday splurge)

Within 1 minute of the box arrival I was notified by your company it was here. The product was packed and wrapped beautifully. I would expect tgat in the summer you might want to pack in heavy starsfoam as the box had deteriorated somewhat in shipping. The snickerdoodle cookies were yummy. Next order I will cut the cookies on 1:4 to make 24 cookies. We cut them in half while they were hot. I can hardly wait to bake the other breads. I have already shared the cookies with my neighbor, who like me makes sourdough , she immediately asked for your information as her husband lived the cookies.
