I know this should be used to freeze my sourdough. I went ahead and put my sourdough in the bag. I left it in the counter and it stayed fresh for days.
Needless to say. I love it
Thank you for saving my sanity! I recently entered into the world of sourdough and was so overwhelmed. I just about gave it up . . . until I found your site. The course materials (both video and written) are so easy to follow and very well done. The recipes are spot on! I've successfully baked my way through all of them. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I love your story and your products. Keep up the great work! Again, thank you for keeping me in the Sourdough game!
Love this!! Fits nicely in my hand and does a great job scraping the dough out of my bowl.
These are great! I have the whole set and find so many ways to use them. They are the first tool I reach for when using with my cast iron skillet, mixing up veggies, stirring up batter and more! The wood butter lasts a long time and a little goes a long way. After cleaning off the tool and letting air dry, I apply the wood butter and they look brand new!! I have the OG as part of my favorite things gift exchange because I love them so much!
I bought those for my niece in Illinois, she has started making her own bread. Since she hasn't had them very long I don't know how she likes them yet. I thought it was a great idea!!
