This honey is 100% pure North Alabama honey, made by bees on our 17 acre homestead in Hazel Green.  It is unpasteurized and unfiltered and ALL of the hives are local. (All of the pollen and natural enzymes are intact and ready to be used for medicinal applications.)  Our honey is a beautiful medium golden tone, mild in flavor, floral and vanilla notes, with a smooth finish.  Perfect for adding a little sweetness to your warm beverage or substituting in a favorite recipe.

Our family has worked to grow our honey farm since 2017, and we are so excited to have grown large enough to offer our honey to others.
